At The Holistic Vet, we use a multifaceted approach to health and disease. Diet is always at the heart of it. Two out of three human diseases can be prevented, improved or cured by diet. In our practice, we have found that the same holds true for dogs and cats. A whole food, non-GMO, pesticide-free diet provides the necessary nutrients for the body to heal and recover from many diseases. Cancer, arthritis, anemia, diabetes, digestive diseases and autoimmune diseases are just a few of a long list of health conditions that are related to diet.Each individual animal is unique and we help tailor an appropriate natural diet based on each patient’s condition and nutritional needs. We also teach you how to help your animal companion transition to the new diet. We make it easy and doable.
