PetsApp’s marketing campaign for CoPilot has been recognised among the best in the animal health care industry.

The North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) has announced the winners of its 2023 VETTY Awards® program, which is dedicated to annually recognizing marketing excellence in the animal health care industry. Veterinary industry nonprofit and for-profit organizations and agencies throughout the globe were invited to submit their projects for consideration during the 2023 awards program.

PetsApp received the Bronze award this year for best animal health care campaign, directed by an in-house team.

“Striving to help keep veterinary teams at the heart of the pet care journey is the motivation behind everything we do as a pack at PetsApp. So it’s a real honor to be recognised for the fresh new features we create to help support our community and the pets they serve.”

  • Naomi Oikonomou, Global Marketing & Community Lead, PetsApp

“We are proud of the amazing work that those in marketing and advertising are accomplishing in the animal health care industry. This year’s entries proved beyond excellent, showcasing many of the advancements in animal medicine, a deeper understanding of the animal health audience, developments in technology and memorable creative campaigns. The VETTY Awards® entrants play an important role in helping animals everywhere live longer, better quality lives.”

  • NAVC CEO Gene O’Neill

The NAVC, the world’s leading not-for-profit dedicated to supporting the global veterinary health community, introduced the VETTY Awards® competition in 2017 to recognize and reward the marketing excellence that helps fuel the rapidly growing animal health industry. It has rapidly grown to be a prestigious awards program, pulling entries from around the world and recognizing the best in marketing animal health care products, programs and services.

This Year’s VETTY Participation

Entries reached record numbers this year with campaigns from across PetsApp Receives Recognition from the NAVCadvertising, public relations, digital, social, design, events, promotions, educational materials and other projects developed to promote animal health industry contributions designed to keep our furry, feathered and scaly friends healthy and happy.

Entrants included agencies and companies in pet pharmaceuticals, foods, diagnostic equipment, professional associations, advocacy groups, architectural design and more. Each entry was reviewed by a judging panel composed of leaders in the creative marketing field.

From January 13-17, 2023, PetsApp will be among the VETTY Awards® winners recognized during VMX 2024, the world’s largest gathering of veterinary industry professionals. VMX, which takes place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, offers more than a thousand hours of continuing education and program tracks over the course of five days for veterinary professionals. It features one of the largest veterinary industry expos in the world, as well as world-class entertainment and networking events.

Gold, silver and bronze winners will be featured inside the VMX Expo Hall, and grand prize winners will be invited to walk across a stage during a ceremony just prior to a concert featuring Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line on Monday, January 15.

“We are proud to recognize the impact that PetsApp has made in the animal health care industry,” O’Neill said. “VETTY Awards® winners like PetsApp are truly the ‘best of show’ and capture the talent and creativity across our industry in supporting the veterinary profession and promoting products and services that improve the lives of animals.”
